摘要:Highlights Brazilian tensile strength variation and acoustic properties of Beishan granite treated with high temperature were investigated. The scatter distribution of acoustic emission energy during loading follows a linear trend, with increasing orderliness as the treatment temperature rises. When the tensile stress at the crack tip, enhanced by thermal stress, exceeds the intergranular tensile strength, crack initiation, and propagation occur.
